Frustrated bf45a owner

I have a honda bf45a outboard that I have been able to remove the old swivel and mounting components in order to replace the completely rusted and unreusable mounting frame. My current issue is that I just found out that honda has discontinued the part I need (part #50100-ZV5-000ZA). Does anyone know were I might be able to get this part? Perhaps someone knows of a place that has old stock parts. I have looked all over the Web and can't find this part. Does anyone know if perhaps a mounting frame from a newer 50hp honda would work in its place. If anyone has a helpful answer, I'm eager to hear it. Thanks
