Replacement prop has different size and shaped blades- will it work?

Hello everyone- I just bought a new prop two weeks ago and went boating this past weekend and broke a blade off it already.

I have a SP-C drive and the prop was an OEM Volvo Penta 14 x 21 part # 854979.

I found a less expensive replacement made by Mercury Quicksilver and its part # QA3537R.

The new Mercury prop is also a 14 x 21 but the blades are much smaller than the OEM prop.

Will this prop perform the same or should I buy the OEM prop again?

The Merc prop is more sleek, and should work even better.

The merc prop is a thru hub exhaust I would say it is not the correct prop. Ricardo will know what you need to get?

The Merc prop just looks like a thru hub exhaust but it is actually blocked off on the back side.

According to the label it is the correct prop UNLESS my SP drive is not an AQ. I have a 1992 Excel with a 430B motor and what I think is a SP Aquamatic but I could be wrong.
