replace a starter 1997 searay 3.0 merc.

Looking for some help or tricks to replace my starter on our 1997 sea ray 175 bowrider . It has a 3.0 liter merc .

Thanks for any recommendations .

I don't recall those being that hard. The starter MUST have the brace in the front or it'll snap the mounting bolts.
