J115TLCNB I have owned this motor for 20 + years, hasn't been on the water for 6 years only started with ears occasionally. 10 years ago 1 cylinder repaired
by Johnson mechanic 0.20 over, no other major problems. Has not been started last 3 years. Will not crank with plugs in. compression 110 110 110 90 on same 0.20 cylinder. cranks smoothly without plugs. Am I looking at major repair ? Is it time to part this one out ? thanks for any and all advise
