"I need to replace the connector block which holds
the trim hoses to the stern drive from the top
of the trim cylinder(two hoses for each cylinder)
I have a 1978 Carver (MCM 898) with pre Alpha Trim cylinders. Do I just remove the two nuts holding the old block on and replace it. I assume there is a hose from the tilt/trim pump connected
to this block on the inside that pushes the fluid
through the connecor and into the hoses? Any
help would be appreciated, Also need to know wher to get a replacement connector block and where to find part #. Thanks for your help
