Removing Anodes on Alpha Trim Cylinder

I have removed all the anodes

I have removed all the anodes on my Alpha except for the port Trim cylinder. The screws are lined up horizontally and I can't get a wrench on them. Can I grab the end cap with a pipe wrench and turn it so the screws are vertical and I can then reach the screws??..these shouldn't be that difficult to remove...Right!!!

Thanks Bill!...Just got out of the shower and the same thing occured to me! I do some of my best thinking in there! Ive been a sailor for over twenty years so this concept of moving engines up and down is new to me!Thanks again for being on the same page....and by the way I counted six anodes to replace ...is that correct?

"Not sure how many there are but the most common missed one is right behind the Prop. you have to remove the prop to replace, should be held in there with two screws"

That was included in the six that I counted. I had to take the prop off for repair ( surprised at how easy it was) and I figured it out! Thanks again!

Standard anodes are one behind the prop, one in the bottom aft of the ventilation plate, two on the trim cylinders, one on the bottom of the transom assembly, and one on the top front of the ventilation plate.
