"I mix fuel and do not use the VRO pump and I am not sure it is working now and I would like to use the standard crankcase fuel pump since it will be cheaper. On the left side of the block are three "holes" in a line, one of which has a bolt in it. I would like to use the old style fuel pump. Will that work with these holes? I tried the parts finder for an aftermarket fuel pump but I could not find one. Will sierra part #18-7352 work with my motor or should I buy the OMC part. What should I do with the VRO pump crakncase connector? or if VRO as pump is better what is the VRO2 pump repair kit #. 1996 48 hp johnson

Just order the pump for an 83

Just order the pump for an 83 2 cylinder 50hp motor or order the pump for a later " commecial " model of your motor as it did not have VRO to begin with. Use ----shop.evinrude.com--- to gain the required part #'s
