Remove prop shaft F100D Yamaha outboard Engine

Hello evebody ,
I post you from FRANCE ( Didn't find any answer in Frenchy's Forum )

My engine = Yamaha F100D Year 2007 injection ( 6D87)

I have to change pignons and bearings in the lower unit ( Drop oil during cruise )
So i have success in getting out the housing bearing with a big extractor !
I put away the command of invert also easily .

My problem is that the deep groove bearing, the spacer and the pignon still stay on the shaft ( i have only extract housing bearing with the seals and needle bearing ) ... impossible to extract the shaft it still blocked ( As pictures attached above )

Do i missed something ?
Do you have an idea to remove the shaft ?

Remove bearing and reverse gear.----Remove nut on bottom of driveshaft.----Remove driveshaft.-----Remove prop shaft.
 
If I can get to the engine ID I can get to the US equivalent.

Folks are loathe to post their complete model. Even moreso the engine ID.
 
when engaged is his location the shift rod has no effect to engage the prop or make it neutral .... I can only engage the prop or make it neutral or reverse as moving by hand the all lower unit in different positions ...

I pay Half price Yamaha spare parts because I work for automotive industrie.
Also I have bearings for free...
Only cost the handwork ... I will do my best to repair I'm not in a hurry
 
The part i have to remove is Washer Number 64 ( what i called spacer)
It seems to be fixed by salt ... impossible to move and it block the shaft...

I think i have to drill it to desintagrate it... no possibility to get it with an extractor

Hello ... i go on ... extract washer by drilling it and break it half part !!! long patience work
Thank you for your advices to first out the bearing ! It Was right

Lot of troubles inside !!! pignons bearings crabot all KO etc ... I will let you know about following ( To maybe help someone in the same case )

--Are you familiar with adjusting gear positions with shims ?
I worked in industry selling bearings ... so I have theory knowledges about it .
I guess Shim in this case is to Preload the tapered roller bearing ? is it right ?

I know the idea but never done in practice ... will need help to choose the good shim value
 
I start to read about shimming specifications ...

I have to control the Backlash betwin drive pignon with pignon forward and pignon reverse with shim number 16 to level up or down the drive pignon ( Using a gauge comparator magnetic to check the value of backlash )

I have to control the tooth contact area on pignons with shim number 55 ( Using prusian blue past )

Right ?
 
With special tool WR007H 20mm diameter 18 teeth
