Remove kohler genny for repairs

Got a 6.5CZ kohler genny with a honda engine. Anybody know how to pull it will out having to remove the strbd exhaust manifold? Reason for pulling is lots of rusted parts including drip pan. Also does any one have a Honda contact to get sheet metal end guard & mounting parts? Obsolete with kohler.

My boat has the 4 CZ installed.
According to the man who previously owned my boat, the installation included pulling down one of the engines.
Not surprised if you have to do similar!
