Remove and replace fuel and other gauges on 2000 Crownline 180BR

Is there an easy or easier way to remove and replace the gauges on my 2000 Crownline 180BR? I tried under the dash and tried to remove the gauge panel. I can't access the gauges very well under the dash and the gauge panel won't come out. Help!
