I was hoping someone might hav

I was hoping someone might have a diagram or could instruct me on the best way to get the remote throttle shaft out of the case. It is a on the starboard side and has a lever that attachs to the cable for throttle control using remote control. Any help is appreciated

Maybe someone could help me too? I cant get my quicksilver remote to go forward? It is a 1987 25hp mercury. I can dis connect the cable and move fwd. & rev by hand on the engine.I dont think it is the lower unit? HELP!! Maybe someone can help us???
