rebuilt carb leaking

1990 225hp johnson j225txess just rebuilt one carb pressure tested and ran fine,when i trimmed motor all the way up and pumped ball gas runs out of the high speed orifice in the center of carb.Also I see a small drip forming on the hso of some of the other carbs.

a[[ carbs have air bleed holes that will leak if motor is tiped and ball pumped.all the outboards ive ever had when i gotthe boat to the dock i would disconect fuel line .and let it run out of gas.then tip it when i got home and flushed it out i did the same disconect line no more runnig gas
