"I took the black plastic ones off the face of the motor, they have the float bowl on them. I did not mark which one came off which cyl so chances are after I cleaned them, they did not go back on the same cyl they came off. When I took the boat out, it would not get up on plane. there was NO hole shot.
Is there a way to know which one goes where?"

Looking at the diagram ? Remove the orifice and look at the stamped number on the side of it a diagram will NEVER show you the size it simply tells you what it is.
