"Need help Identifying an engine.
Model E60HEM

I am told that engines are often rebadged to avoid taxes in the country I am in. Is there any way other than the data plate on the port clamp where I can identify the engine model and year.

On the engine cover a new "60" sticker has been placed on the back, the front number has been scratched off but it looks like it could have been 85."
