Raw Water Pump Question

Been trying to figure out what raw water pump I have as it is past due for impeller replacement.

My motors are 2003 350 block carbed crusaders. The manual says part # R061017 as best I can tell. This is for a closed cooling system with the V-belt drive not the serpentine.

Do I have this right?? Does anyone know what Sherwood pump this is for certain? I've looked on line to find a cross reference with no luck!

Wish me luck as these are TIGHT up against a bulkhead... Maybe remove the pump altogether??

Should be an adventure the first time!

On my engines it's way easier to remove the pumps and then the impeller replacement is easy. Benefit is you can inspect the pump easier for wear and wrestle the new impeller in easier with the pump down flat on a bench."

Minor Repair Kit: 19301
Major Repair Kit: 19300

Sherwood's www site should have a tech manual on it; should have dimensions you can use to verify the correct pump before spending money.

May be worthwhile to get the parts manual from Crusader's site, too. It will help understand how things are assemmbled when it comes time to remove/service them."
