Is there any way to cool the e

Is there any way to cool the exhaust manifolds with anti freeze in a closed system running it thru the hull with copper pipe to let the sea water cool it? Lobster boats seem to do it this way.

That's really old school c

That's really old school called keel cooling. Best and easier to install a heat exchanger.
