Quick question PS pump

Was checking the fluid level for my PS pump today and it seems that it's not even touching the bottom of the dipstick.....when you look inside the PS pump housing should it seem relatively full to the top? mine looks like the fluid is only up 1/4 of the way from the bottom of the housing

Read the dip stick.

It is leaking somewhere...if you can't see the leak on the PS assy. check the PS fluid cooler, it may have a pihole in it.
