Quick question about lower unit?

Went out today and ran skinny and overheated and got stuck (im a rookie) on way back I noticed it stop peeing. Does that mean lower unit needs to be replaced. When I got home I flushed engine and still no water out pee hole. Thanks in advance

No. Just the water pump and maybe a head gasket.

Make sure all your passages are clear. If sucked in mud you might have plugged up the water tubes.
