Am looking at a spare Prob (13x19) to carry as a spare for my 14x17. What should I see in terms of net RPM change between the two?

"Just a "rough" number - you should see your rpm's increase by 400-600 at the top end, all other things being equal.

That is assuming that they are both 3 blade to begin with, and neither is cupped (or conversely, both are cupped)."
