Questions on a Force 1998 75 ELPT S/N 0E322XXX

I just bought this engine and have several questions. Is there a owners manual available anywhere on line for it? Is 50:1 the correct mixture for the fuel? I will be swapping out with the 35HP Evinrude on my fixer pontoon boat, and may need longer cables for the engine controls. Any chance these may be available?
