I have a mid 80's Evinrude tiller 15hp. It is being used with a cable steering, and the transmission selector is enabled through the controls on my mid 60's Aeroline Debonaire, is there anyway to bypass the tiller, and engage the throttle to the Johnson controls that are in the boat.. The 15hp moves the boat alone quite nicely..
