Question about 1970's Merc 200 20hp purchase

I am looking at purchasing a 70's merc 200 20hp and was looking for any info on the common problems with this motor and anything else I should be aware of or look for prior to buying. motor was serviced this spring with new impeller, coils, points, plugs, lower unit lubed and compression on both cylinders at 110 and tank hose and bulb replaced. owner is standing firm at $575 and I want to make sure Im within a fair price range for this motor if its running well without any imminent problems. Thanks for the advice.

If it has the Maker point ignition system, I would pass it by. You can tell since thise rare, messed up deal had externa coils but NO sparkbox.
