Query on a diagnostic report?

New to Suzukis, and 4-strokes with diagnostic reports - and looking for advice. I'm considering buying a 2012 DF50A for my 5.2m RIB - I've attached the diagnostic report from the seller. I'll be asking the dealer why it's a report from last year (I suspect he's had it a while) - but the particular questions I have just now are whether I should be worried about the number of crankshaft sensor failures (9) and the number of overheat temps (10). Are these an issue? Have all the pages been included in this report - it would be good to know when the last crankshaft sensor failure or overheat warning occurred - but I can't see that. Should I be able to? I'm just trying to work out if the seller is being legit about this engine. It was apparently used on a sailing club safety boat - so the high number of trolling hours is to be expected - and to meet national sailing club regulations, the engine will have been serviced regularly with the main dealer. Anything else that stands out in the report - please let me know. Many thanks in advance...

That motor has seen a lot of use. Mostly at lower RPM. Started 3000+ times. 29 oil change cycles. Suzi's are good motors.
