Putting fuel pump together

i have two fuel pump kits for this carb and they both have an additional part that is not in the book or on line in a diagram. Anyone know what order they are suppose to go in. Main question is about 3 and 4 in the picture.

This is a part listing just like the one in my seloc book.

You have them layed out in the correct order with number 5 being the one that goes right against the carb body and then you work out from there (with the fuel pump body (plate)) sandwiched between number 2 and (3 or 4).

Numbers 3 and 4 are the same part (the pump diaphram), just different material - so you only use "either" 3 or 4, not both.

Pick the one that most closely matches the material of the current diaphram.

items 3 and 4 in your pic are interchangeable. I tell people to just use the type you took off the carb.
