Propshaft fishing line cutter washer

"I drained the OD oil to insta

"I drained the OD oil to install a new impeller and I noticed a telltale trace of oil marbling from a minor water intrusion. I am not an OD resealer so I took it to a local dealer. They found that the propshaft seal was cut by a wad of fishing line. Is there a "star" type washer available to install on the propshaft that will cut fishing line?

P.S. I called my insurance company and it may be covered.
