"Hoping someone has a formula

"Hoping someone has a formula or prop calculator to give me an idea of what prop size to use.
I know ultimately it will be trial and error but here in oz, props cost a fortune.
Currently running a 220 yamaha excel with a 21" prop 6000rpm at WOT.
Repowering with a 300hp V8 johnson. Hoping to keep WOT at about 6000 - 6250.
Any suggestions of what pitch to use as a starting point??"
