Is it worth while to have an a

Is it worth while to have an aluminum prop repaired or is it just as economical to look at buying a good used or reconditioned one through something like e-bay?? Anyone have a repair cost idea??

Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks.

"I'd recommend a Stainless Steel prop. They offer better performance due to less Blade Flex and will withstand a bit more abuse. Also, if you get a used Prop have it Scanned/Balanced, money well spent! Al W."

Get the prop shop to give you an estimate beforehand.
If you have big chunks of blade missing, it is likely a write-off.

Ya - that's the thing, I can get a reconditioned one on e-bay for around sixty bucks plus shipping. Makes no sense to have mine fixed considering it's only going to be used as a spare. I'm wanting a Revolution-4 in the near future.
