Propeller problem??

Bought a used 14' boat with a 1967 Johnson 20 hp outboard late last year. Took it out once and it ran fine. Winterized it. This week I took it to NC for some fishing. Initally it ran fine but noticed a really lack of power thereafter. Engine idled fine just would run with any kind of power with the throttle opened up. When I got it home, I check compression, plugs points and everything seemed fine. Noticed that the propeller would turn about 1/3 turn in gear before it seemed to catch. Took off the propeller and noticed that the area on the hub where the pin seats seems to rubbed a bit (see picture). I'm wondering if the pin came unseated which caused the lack of power. Has anyone heard of that happening? Is there something else I should be checking? Any help would be appreciated!

1/3 turn on the prop is normal !-------Do yourself a favour and check to see that you have spark on each cylinder that will jump a gap of 1/4" or better.---To me it sounds like it is runniong on one cylinder.---------That could also be caused by a ruptured diaphragm in the fuel pump.--When you operate the manual fuel pump does the bulb go hard ?

Racerone-thanks for the advice. Fuel pump seems to be fine but I didn't have spark on one cylinder. Further checking found a bad coil. New one ordered. Thanks for your help.
