i have two propeller , both 14 1/4 *21 but one has lable - and the other one +. can somebody explain the difference?

are those pro-choice adjustable props? Not positive on the brand name...is so plus means more pitch...minus means less...should have a mark between them that indicates null.....if that is not the case i have no idea unless they are rh and lh props...

those props are not adjustable and both are rh. here is picture. after the number 21 on the one is minus and on the other prop is plus. does this mean that one of them has a higher performance? 100620121145.jpg100620121144.jpg

the 21 is your pitch...it could mean they are plus or minus on the pitch but really dont know that....maybe someone will step in and answer...

14 1/4 X 21 is already a high pitch. Mine is 14 1/4 by 18. When I had it re-built, I had the pitch changed from a 16 pitch. The guy " cupped " the prop. My prop is off of a Stringer Drive, in that it uses a drive pin, instead of a splined shaft.
