That is an old

That is an old inboard propeller. There were thousands and thousands of those made for various inboard gas engine applications between 1900 and today.

If you are trying to zero in on the size of the boat and horsepower of the engine you could measure the bore, the diameter, and the pitch of that wheel. Sometimes the diameter and pitch is stamped into the hub.

Then look to some of the many available references on inboard engine propeller sizing such as this or this."
