Prop size

No.... not possible with the information provided. The CORRECT prop size for most boats, is that prop that will allow the engine to rev up to within the manufacturer's specified wide open throttle range*. This information is often found on the decal on the engine's flame arrestor. For example, most MERC 5.0L engines are rated at 4400-4800 rpm.

* with a clean boat bottom, tuned up engine, half to full tank of fresh gas, normal equipment load, normal number of people for you, calm water.

That said, under the above conditions, what wide open throttle RPM do you now get?
