Prop shaft bent on omc I/O

The shaft is bent, any suggestions on how to fix?

remove and take to a shop that has a press and the rollers for straightening shafts, or replace the shaft

There is a tool out there that can straighten the prop shaft while it's still in the l/u. Check the shops in your area.
