What would be a proper prop fo

What would be a proper prop for my 70 HP Evinrude pushing a 15-1/2 Tri Haul? Would it be different if I was towing a tube or skier?

That is truely a loaded question Ill offer this
5500 I believe is max wot and you should not be below 4500.
the rule of thumb is for every 2 degrees of pitch is 400 rpm's + or -
and yes a lower pitch is recommended for pulling and to much pitch will prevent he boat from planing
