Would anyone know what seal would be causing this leak? Photo
Its leaking out from around the outside of the prop.
Its a 2005 4 horsepower 4-stroke

There is no sea there

What kind of oil is it?-----Is the motor laid down / stored correctly?-----There is a seal on the propshaft.

You'll need to remove the prop- the propshaft has seals and the bearing carrier has a seal at the front, usually a large O-ring if it's the same as the way Mercury/Mercruiser does it.

Propshaft oil seals often have fishing line wrapped around the shaft and when it enters the seal, it wears the rubber, causing leaks.
