prop removal

Bought a 1997 Proline Alfa 1 which has a "Mcgard" propeller lock. Of course, the key wasn't included. Is there anything short of a grinder that may remove the nut? Thought someone might have encountered this. thanks

Have had to remove McGard nuts off of cars from time to time. Been able to do it with a hammer and very sharp chissel SLOWLY. Once it moves a little bit, a pair of vise grips (good ones, not dollar store junk) can usually get enough bite to finish the job. If that doesn't work, grind a pair of flat spots on the nut 180 degrees apart to get a wrench or the vise grips on and that should do it just fine.
