Prop Hub stripped

2005 Optimax 200. I get the boat upon plane, will run for 15 minutes or so, give it gas for a little more speed, and the hub will strip. The last 3 times the boat has been out, it has done this after replacing hub with a new one. Are the hubs rated for different HP, or could something else cause this?

When you torque down the prop is it tight? Being loose will break the hub. Also check the spline on the propshaft. Use the hubs spline brass fitting to see if there is too much play in the spline on the prop shaft
