Problems you have had with etec 225s

I am considering getting an etec 225. What issues have you had with that motor. I would like to know the fuel burn numbers and oil consumption as well.I have a good dealer locally but dealers are not to upfront with problems.

Dealer should tell you if recalls have happened. Why ? More repair money for him.
