Problems with Johnson 30 1991 model

Hi guys.

having problems with my outboard engine.
it starts easily, but having problems running. There is like a tss sound and exhaust comes out from the carburettor(cleaned) and propel. See video below.
Have changed impeller, plugs and oil for the transmission.

anyone have a clue what this could be?

I would say that is what is known as a ----" lean sneeze "-----A much miss understood event on outboards.----Open the low speed mixture 1/4 turn at a time and see if it goes away.-----Or throttle plate is opening too early.
