Priming 200 EFI Tilt & Trim

Can anyone tell me if I'm priming this the right way? Fill it up with motor all the way, open bleed valve and slowly let the motor down, repeat. That sound right? Thanks!

Fill it with engine up. Power it down and up and down and up. Open the fill cap air will purge and fill it again and repeat.

BTW, if you go to power the engine down and it does not move, remove the cap and refill the reservoir and it will go down.
