I found this stuff online and the boat that I picked up was sitting for idk how long at least a year. I added this and she fired up. They claim this stuff will recondition old or even bad gas and it’ll last for 5 years!

If the boat had non-ethanol fuel in the tank then it's probably okay. If it had ethanol containing fuel that sat for over a year I would personally drain the tank and refill with fresh fuel. It may fire up, but that gas is not great of long term running. The PRI-G will only help to emulsify some of the water in the tank so you'll be burning gas and water which means less power.
