This gage has a setting on it labeled "fuel economy". Can anyone tell me exactly what this setting displays and what it means ?

"That is your fuel consumption

"That is your fuel consumption. It is like a built-in flow scan. You can use this mode to determine the best throttle and trim tab settings to run. The more speed you can achieve with the least fuel burned, the more efficient you are running.

You should have gotten a users manual with the boat specifically for the Murphy product.
