"I having difficulties removing the power-head the motor appears to be free except for the two studs located in the rear below the exhaust chamber. They will not move at all.. I tried to pry them up, however not moving. Any Ideas? Can I use heat?"

Sure it is ok to use heat. Don't get it red hot,....use heat in moderation...and when hot, spray it with PBBlaster....the oil will get sucked up into the stud holes and may break them free."

Use some heat and some force t

Use some heat and some force to wiggle the powerhead free (im presuming you have removed the nuts from the studs?)

"Heat the aluminum surrounding those studs. Have a large prying tool set directly under the stud, then tap the pry sharply to jar the stud loose. Works for me.

Use caution not to bulge the stud end!
