Power with tilt and trim

I have a boat with a cmc pt-13

I have a boat with a cmc pt-130 power tilt and trim. The motor on it only works when you push the down button. I tried to replace the up relay as suggested by cmc and still got nothing. any other suggestions? I also cleaned the switch but still no luck.

check your grounds. green wire

check your grounds. green wire will ground blue wire will power12v tilt will go up remember blue sky green grass .power the color you want .ground the other you are missing a piece of the link us a test light.
