"I need to replace the power trim/tilt motor on my DT225 and the motor is to close to the bracket to get any type of socket or wrench on the bolts so I need to remove the trim/tilt unit.
My question is if I will need to remove the entire engine from the transom to remove this?
I have a manual and it is no help, to general and not clear on this model. Any help would be appreciated."
