i'm having a bit of problem with my trim
i have a mercury clasic fifty 45 hp motor when i buyed the motor last year trim wasn't working, tested the thing and the motor wasn't working only clicking sounds so i check the motor and it was dead so i got a new one.
i forgot to mention the trim motor wasn't on the but since last year but it was allways cover up, so i installed the trim motor and now i can ear the motor when i hit the switch but motor won't trim up or down, made a few research on the web found that oil level might be low and i had to fill it up wich i did same thing nothing happens when hitting the switch so i keeped searching found maybe it needed to be bleeded i tried i opened the realease valve to raise the motor by hand and put it on it little blocking leg refilled it after shutting the release valve after tried puting the motor back down it cam down 2/3 of the way tried the swith nothing trying up or down..
so now i'm out of ideas anyone can help me out please?
