My trim leaks down

"Hello,

My trim leaks down on my merc 135 v-6. Whether it's parked or when I am drving. It will leak down in a matter of minutes when driving. There is no fluid leak. What can be the cause of this? I am hoping I don't have to rip the whole unit apart.

"Ok, I will rip apart this weekend. To remove the manual release valve do I pop of the c-clip and unscrew right out?

So I took out the check valve

So I took out the check valve and cleaned and nothing changed. I then took out the manual release and cleaned and nothing improved.

Does anyone have any suggestions about why my power trim leaks down?
