"Help? 2000 90hp Yamaha 2 stroke. Power tilt will raise up but won't go down. No, not the lock up lever. Can hear relay click but hydrolic pump does not run... will run up but not down. Any ideas of problem? How can I get motor down to get to ramp and get on trailer?"
