2000 4.3 alpha one. Power steering fluid was low enough to make the pump whine a little. I have not seen any fluid in the bilge, BUT HAVE NOT CHECKED IT IN YEARS. Refilled the pump and it was quiet and no leaks. Can regular power steering fluid with stop leak be used in this system. thanks Moondrifter
