Power problem

I reconnected my 2 batteries. When I turn the key and shows battery power with the voltage meter and the radio works. However nothing else on my dash works. The depth finder, horn, docking lights etc. Did I not hook the batteries up right. I have a pontoon boat. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
