power pak test

back to no spark problem...found the gell to be a little melted on power pak where harness comes out and plugs into connector under flywheel cover...dont see any bare wires showing...is there a procedure to test power pak ...b4 i go out and buy new one....? any replies back appreciated..thanks joe

Use a multimeter with DVA adapter and measure signals inn from stator and trigger. Then measure out from PP to coils. If signal inn and no out - change PP.
